Mindfulness Forest Bathing - Second Saturday each month

Get outside, go within. A mindful connection with the outdoors is crucial for cultivating a balanced, inspired, and fulfilled life.

Terri Young, a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, offers powerful nature-based experiences combining forest bathing, meditation and practical outdoor skills for folks 12 years old and up.

 

Where: Skyline Farm Forest, 95 The Lane, North Yarmouth

When: Second Saturday of each month, July through October, 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. (July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12, Oct. 10)

Cost: Suggested donation of $10 per person

COVID-19 guidelines will be followed. Please bring your cloth face covering and keep a 6’ distance from others.

We will meet at 9:00 a.m. in the Skyline Farm parking lot. This experience is 1½ hours. One should be able to walk slowly 1 mile in varying terrain.

Bring appropriate outdoor clothing, sturdy shoes, and water bottles. Leave cell phones at home or in the car. No dogs.

For your body: Release stress, receive healing health benefits, breath fresh air and get moving.

For your mind: Settle your awareness on nature's soothing atmosphere.

For your spirit: Venture into the woods to gain inspiration from the living earth, taking in the forest atmosphere through all of our senses.
