SATURDAY, JULY 10th     9-11 a.m. (future Walks will be held on Aug. 7, Sept. 18, Oct. 23)

Terri Young, a  certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, offers powerful nature-based experiences combining forest bathing, meditation and practical outdoor skills for folks 12 years and older.

Cost:  Suggested donation of $10 per person to support Skyline Farm and local community organizations.

Registration: email Terri at young.terri@gmail.com or call 489-9696 to let her know you’re coming. No drop-ins, please.

We will meet at 9:00 a.m. in the Skyline Farm parking lot. This experience is two hours. One should be able to walk slowly 1 mile in varying terrain. Bring appropriate outdoor clothing, sturdy shoes, and water bottles. Leave cell phones at home or in the car. No dogs.

A mindful connection with the outdoors is crucial for cultivating a balanced, inspired, and fulfilled life.

Let yourself be guided….

For your body: Release stress, receive healing health benefits, breath fresh air and get moving.

For your mind: Settle your awareness on nature's soothing atmosphere.

For your spirit: Venture into the woods to gain inspiration from the living earth, taking in the forest atmosphere through all of our senses.
